German Potato Salad With Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, chopped (use scissors)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 to 1 lb. kielbasa, cut in pieces and cooked
    4 medium size potatoes, cooked, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut in slices
    1/4 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Cook bacon in large skillet until brown.
    Add onions and flour; cook until bubbly.
    Add next 6 ingredients; bring to boil. Add kielbasa.
    Cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
    Stir in potatoes and parsley gently, coating potatoes with sauce.
    Bring to boil; remove from heat.
    Serve immediately.
