Red Chile(Asado) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pork shoulder
1 lb. red chile pods
4 garlic cloves
3 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. salt
2 bay leaves
2 tsp. cuminos
3 Tbsp. white flour
1 tsp. cuminos
Preparation
-
Brown meat well.
Boil chile pods.
Blend well in blender.
Add garlic, bay leaves and 2 teaspoons cuminos to chile in blender. Fry meat with 1 teaspoon cuminos.
Add white flour; brown until tender.
Add chile, then oregano and salt.
Boil and simmer for 30 minutes, until well done.
