Paprika Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. new potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/16 tsp. ground red pepper
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Wash and peel potatoes.
Set aside to use later.
Melt butter in a saucepan large enough for cooking potatoes.
Add potatoes, onion, water, salt, bay leaf, paprika and ground red pepper. Cover and cook over moderate heat until potatoes are tender, but not soft.
Add vinegar and bring to boiling point.
Boil 1 minute. Add sour cream.
Heat, but do not boil.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
