oil
flour
salt
pepper

Preparation

Cut round steak into pieces.
Batter in flour, salt, and pepper.
Have oil hot in skillet.
Brown the meat.
Remove to crockpot.
Make gravy in skillet and pour over steak.
Have meat covered.
Start on high and then reduce heat.
