Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; stir well.
    In a shaker, place egg and dry mixture, then milk.
    Shake well.
    Using a funnel, place finger over bottom of funnel and fill.
    Remove finger; pour in circular pattern into hot grease (about 375\u00b0).
    Cook to a light golden brown.
    Cover by sprinkling on powdered sugar, syrup or cinnamon and sugar.
