Cajun Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 1/4 c. raw rice (not Minute)
1 can onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can chopped mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can Chinese vegetables
water chestnuts (if desired)
Preparation

Crumble and brown meat in skillet until all pinkness is gone. Drain excess grease.
Combine meat and all other ingredients. (Add all liquids including juices from Chinese vegetables, mushrooms, etc.)
In large casserole dish or a 13 x 9-inch pan, cover and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
