Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed (3 small)
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 c. Hershey's mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Grease bottom only of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan; set aside. Combine all ingredients, except mini chips and walnuts, in a large mixing bowl; blend well on medium speed.
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
