To Corn Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. meat, cut into desired portions (roast size)*
    1 1/2 c. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. saltpetre
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cayenne
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 qt. water
Preparation
    *If beef, use brisket or eye of round.
