Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. brandy
2/3 c. raisins
1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter, vanilla and brandy in blender.
Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Then sprinkle first with raisins, then 2/3 cup of coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cooled.
Garnish with remaining coconut.
