Pepper Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium bell pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab
3 c. water
2 cans evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese or more to taste
Preparation

Boil pepper and crab in water about 10 minutes; add cheese and simmer to melt.
Add evaporated milk; do not boil.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
