Creamy Herb Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. tightly packed parsley leaves
    1 1/3 c. tightly packed dill sprigs
    1 c. part-skim milk Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 tsp. coarse (kosher) salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine parsley, dill, Ricotta, yogurt, salt and lemon juice in food processor.
    Whirl until smooth, scraping down side of bowl as needed.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 days.
