Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    marshmallows (for top)
    2/3 c. pecans, roasted with salt and margarine in microwave
Preparation
    Bake potatoes; beat until smooth.
    Add margarine and eggs and beat well.
    Stir in dry ingredients; add milk and beat until smooth.
    Stir in half of pecans.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm on top.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle remaining pecans and marshmallows on top.
    Brown quickly under broiler.
