Cranberry Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Grease a Bundt pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat the sugar and margarine until creamy.
    Stir in the milk, eggs and grated orange peel.
    Gradually add the flour, uncooked oats, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Beat at medium speed for 1 minute.
    Fold in the cranberries.
    Bake for 55 to 65 minutes; cool.
