Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms and place in glass or earthenware bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and pour over mushrooms.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
