Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. Milnot
1 3/4 to 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter; add brown sugar.
Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in Milnot until it comes to a boil. Cool to lukewarm.
Add vanilla.
Gradually add 1 3/4 to 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar.
Beat until spreading consistency.
If too stiff, add a few drops hot water.
