Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can green peas
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
season to taste with salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate about 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
