Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
    1/4 c. each: mayonnaise and milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain thoroughly.
    Place broccoli in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Stir soup and cheese together, adding milk, mayonnaise and beaten egg.
    Mix until well blended; pour over broccoli.
    Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over the soup mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
