Whoopie Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. cocoa
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 c. sour milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water

Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs together.
Add milk and 1/2 vanilla. Mix cocoa and water together.
Add to oil and sugar mixture. Gradually add dry ingredients.
Bake on 2 cookie sheets with sides at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (11 x 15-inch cookie sheets).
