Strawberry Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen strawberries, drained (save juice)
    1/4 c. cold milk
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. drained strawberry juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. crushed ice or 2 c. crushed frozen strawberry jello
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Pour milk into blender. Heat strawberry juice to boiling.
    Add juice and gelatin to blender.
    Stir 1 minute, then liquefy.
    Add strawberries, egg yolks, sugar and food coloring.
    Liquefy.
    Add cream and crushed ice and frappe.
    Pour into individual serving dishes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
