Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and cooled
    1/2 qt. mayonnaise
    4 tsp. sugar (I double this)
    4 tsp. water
    4 tsp. vinegar
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs (to decorate top)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix macaroni and vegetables in a large bowl, then add water, sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Mix well; refrigerate.
    Garnish with sliced eggs.
    (Before garnishing, add salt and pepper to taste.)
