Mabel'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
1/2 gal. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
4 or 5 slices bread, broken in pieces (old bread)
nutmeg (to sprinkle on top)

Preparation

Beat eggs, add milk and other ingredients and stir, then place pieces of bread in baking dish.
Pour liquid over and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
