Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 can mushrooms
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice (not Minute rice)
    2 cans French onion soup
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    and
    mushrooms
    in margarine.
    Wash rice. Put rice
    and soup in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.\tPour onion and mushrooms on top and stir.\tBake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
