Tarts Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 medium lemon (unpeeled), quartered and seeded
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process 3 minutes or until smooth.
    Add butter; process 30 seconds.
    Pour mixture into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
