Corn Bread(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. or less salt
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. skim milk
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute, beaten
2 Tbsp. safflower oil
Preparation
-
Sift together corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix with a spoon.
Bake in a 9-inch round Teflon pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
