Meal On Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 lb. mushroom caps
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    1/2 pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Mix tomato juice, vinegar and seasonings.
    Place meat in a shallow glass dish; pour tomato juice mixture over meat.
    Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade.
