Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
    2/3 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Put oatmeal in mixing bowl.
    Stir in melted butter.
    Blend eggs and sweetener.
    Add to oatmeal.
    Mix milk and vanilla.
    Add alternately with dry ingredients to the oatmeal-egg mixture.
    Stir in raisins.
    Drop by level teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
    Makes 72 cookies.
