French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten (may use egg substitute)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    6 slices day old bread
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix
    eggs, salt and milk in pie pan.
    Melt margarine in a skillet.
    Dip
    bread
    quickly in egg mixture.
    Brown on one side and
    sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Turn and brown other side. Serve immediately.
    Try
    applesauce
    or
    sour cream on French toast for a change.
