Peggy'S Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, cut in quarters
1 to 2 fresh jalapeno peppers (add more if desired)
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can Hunt's special tomato sauce
Preparation

Put first six ingredients into blender along with the juice drained from the canned whole tomatoes.
Chop into small chunks. Then add tomatoes and tomato sauce and blend to desired texture. Keeps well in the refrigerator, if it lasts.
Makes 1 quart.
