Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream eggs and sugar together.
    Add oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
    Fold in 4 cups peeled and diced apples.
    Spoon in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle 1 package butterscotch bits over top.
    Bake for 1 hour.
