Milwaukee Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. beer
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 onion, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Sear chops on both sides until brown.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and cook slowly until tender, at least 1 hour.
    The longer these simmer the better.
    Add more beer later on to keep more juice on.
