Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. marshmallows
1 c. Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1 lb. pecans
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple or mixed fruit
1/2 lb. coconut (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in a double boiler. Cook over hot water until marshmallows melt. Cool. Mix graham cracker crumbs, pecans, raisins, candied fruits and coconut and pour cooked mixture over this. Pack into Bundt pan or small loaf pans, which have been lined with wax paper. Store in refrigerator. Will stay moist and good for a long time.
