Ham And Fresh Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fully cooked ham slice, cut in 1/4-inch strips
    1 small green pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 small red pepper
    1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2 medium zucchini (1 lb.), cut into 1/2-inch strips
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 medium yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 c. water
    1 envelope chicken bouillon
    2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 large tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet over high heat, cook peppers, onion, squash and ham in hot salad oil about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium; add water, bouillon, basil, salt and pepper.
    Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
    Add tomato wedges; continue cooking until tomatoes are heated through.
    Makes 4 main dish servings.
