Garlic-Roasted Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 (1 1/2 lb.) red new potatoes, cut in half
    12 unpeeled garlic cloves
    1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 medium red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
    salt and pepper
    4 (4 to 6 oz. each) halibut steaks
    lemon wedges
    rosemary-garlic butter
Preparation
    Place vegetables on a baking sheet.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle with 1/2 rosemary-garlic butter and toss to coat well.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 on upper rack of oven for 20 minutes or until starting to brown.
    Stir with spatula and move to bottom rack of oven.
