Texas Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
    2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 or 2 Tbsp. chile powder
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown off beef.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for one hour.
