Louis Abate'S Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, diced
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    4 oz. sliced black olives
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. each of the following: oregano, parsley and basil
    1 tsp. salt, pepper and rosemary
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute olives, mushrooms, onion and garlic in the oil.
    When garlic is brown and onions are sauteed, add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, rosemary and the cheese. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
