Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix all the vegetables together and set aside.
Heat the oil, vinegar and sugar. Cool and then pour
over the vegetables. Best when allowed to set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
