Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef brisket (5 to 10 lb.)
    4 oz. liquid smoke
    onion salt
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    6 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket in baking pan and sprinkle with tenderizer, liquid smoke, celery
    salt,
    onion salt and garlic salt on both sides.
    Let
    stand
    in
    refrigerator
    overnight.
    Pour Worcestershire and Tabasco over it.
    Cover and bake 5 hours in 275\u00b0 oven . Add barbecue
    sauce and cook another hour.
    Can be prepared ahead and reheated for serving.
