Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. milk
6 oz. frozen coconut
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and blend well.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until custard is firm and crust is brown.
