Greco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 or 2 small cans mushrooms, drained
    2 c. shell macaroni
    3 cans tomato sauce
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 lb. ground round or chuck
    sharp cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion and green pepper in small amount of oil until glossy.
    Brown ground meat in the pan.
    Keep moving to prevent burning.
    Add mushrooms; remove from heat.
    Boil macaroni until tender.
    Drain and add to mixture.
    Add tomato sauce and corn; mix all well.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Can be refrigerated until ready to bake, then grate sharp cheese on top.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 300\u00b0 oven.
