Mulled Cider - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. cider
3 cinnamon sticks
20 whole cloves
12 whole allspice
orange rind
Preparation
-
Put together in a cloth bag and simmer for 5 minutes.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Remove spice bag.
Reheat before serving. Makes 16 (8 ounce) servings.
