Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. boiling water
    2 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
    Graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Crush enough graham crackers to cover the bottom of a 12 x 8 inch glass dish and have some left over.
    Mix water, gelatin, and lemon juice; chill, do not congeal.
    Cream cheese and sugar together and mix with chilled gelatin.
    Fold in non-dairy whipped topping to thickness desired.
    Sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs in a 12 x 8 inch glass dish; pour the mixture over it.
    Sprinkle more crumbs on top.
    Refrigerate before serving.
