Southern Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lean pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown chops quickly on both sides in small amount of oil. Pour off excess fat and return to pan.
Pour soup and milk mixture over pork chops with sliced onions.
Cover and cook over very low heat for about 5 minutes or until chops are tender.
