Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings, cut at sections
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Wash and cut chicken wings.
    Soak overnight in sauce in large Ziploc bag.
    Place broiler rack 7 inches from heat.
    Broil for 10 minutes on each side.
    After browned, turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
