Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 9-inch pie crust
    1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. custard pumpkin
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water.
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks slightly; add 3/4 cup sugar, pumpkin, milk, salt and spices.
    Put in double boiler and cook and stir until mixture thickens.
    Stir in soaked gelatin until it is dissolved.
    Cool.
    Whip egg whites with 1/3 teaspoon salt until stiff, beating in the remainder (3/4 cup) sugar.
    When pumpkin begins to set, fold in egg white mixture.
    Fill pie crust.
    Chill.
    Serve with whipped cream.
