Gnocchis(Homemade Italian Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients onto cutting board.
    Mix well with hands. Roll into 2 separate dough balls.
    Cut each dough ball into 1-inch sections.
    Roll each 1-inch section into a coil.
    Cut each coil into 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll each ball on the tip of a fork to decorate.
    Lay each decorated noodle on a piece of wax paper. Place in freezer until frozen.
    Once frozen, boil until noodles float to top.
