Crock-Pot Saucy Steak Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch thick and 1/8-inch wide strips
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
    1/2 c. French dressing
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sour cream sauce mix
Preparation
    Place strips of steak in pot. Add onions, celery and mushrooms. In a small bowl, combine dressing, sour cream mix, water, Worcestershire sauce and mushroom liquid. Pour over mixture in pot. Cover pot. Simmer at medium setting for 5 to 6 hours. Keep warm on low setting. Serve over noodles. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
