Cheese Fries(Lighter Eating - 2 Points) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 serving olive oil cooking spray
    2 Idaho potatoes
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch thick strips. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheet and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown and fork-tender, about 40 minutes. Move potatoes so that they are closer together on baking sheet; top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes more.
