Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ready pie crust
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bring chicken broth to a boil.
Add vegetables and simmer until tender.
Blend flour with milk.
Stir into broth mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Stir in chicken, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Spoon into a 10-inch casserole.
Place crust over filling in casserole.
Seal edges. Make slits in crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden.
