Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add oil and pumpkin; mix well.
Add 3/4 cup chopped nuts.
Bake 1 hour.
Makes 2 (5 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch) or 3 loaf pans.
