Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 tomato, diced
1/4 onion, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced or 1 small canned diced chili (green)
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. water
Preparation

Pour oil in a large saucepan.
Stir-fry potato, onion, tomato and jalapeno.
Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil; stir in cheese half through cooking.
Soup is done when potatoes are tender.
